Returns and Exchanges

Lapin Vilardi will accept returns of unused, unwashed merchandise for a full refund or exchange, on merchandise purchased directly from our website within 14 days of receipt. Any purchases done outside of our website at a store that carries our merchandise will not be accepted.

Returns for defective products

We always want to provide the best quality items possible. If you find any problems or defects in our products, please feel free to send the unused, unwashed items back for a full refund or exchange with proof of purchase, including the original sales receipt or packing slip invoice.

Returns with an Original Sales Receipt or Packing Slip Invoice

Please feel free to send any unused, unwashed items back for a full refund or exchange with an original sales receipt or packing slip invoice. We can only provide full refunds or exchanges will such proof of purchase.

Lapin Vilardi will credit your purchase using the original form of payment. Please allow one to two billing cycles for the credit to appear.

Refunding Shipping Costs

Lapin Vilardi will not credit shipping charges unless the item received was the wrong item.

Returns without an Original Sales Receipt or Packing Slip Invoice

Any items returned after the 14 days will be accepted for an online store credit or exchange on the same item for the original price paid.
